There are many reasons why morning is the best.

And why I have couples set their alarms 30 minutes early to get up and have their all-in-one workout/coffee/meditation session.

There is no better superfood than cataclysmic sex.

6 Reasons Morning Sex is Best – Transcript

Morning sex is the best.

When is the best time of day to have sex? I often get asked this by my clients. Anytime is great! Several times a day is even better.

If I had to pick an ideal time though, I would go with the morning, and here’s why.

You are fresh. The ancient Taoists advised that, of any time of the day, morning is best. You’re fresh, you’re well-rested, and you have the best-quality energy to exchange with your partner.

Couples are always saying to me that by the end of the day, they are too tired to have sex. And it’s true, once you finish work, take care of your children, and do your chores, you have little left to give.

I encourage you to look at sex as something that gives you energy, rather than takes it away. This is the place that you go to refuel. Your sexual connection is your power and energy source, so drink it up.

However, if you had to look at it in any terms of an ideal time, it’s the morning, because your cup is full. You’ve been replenished.

So I suggest that you set your alarm 30 minutes earlier in the morning and start your day off with a bang.

It can be quick. I know that you have places to be and children to look after. Morning sex is an aperitif. It’s an addendum to your longer sex sessions throughout the week, such as your weekly three-hour sex date, which I suggest that every couple build into their schedule.

So your morning sessions can be 10, 15, or 30 minutes long. Something to tide you over until you have your extended sex date.

It’s an awesome biochemical cocktail. Morning sex gives you an amazing, all-natural energy boost to kick off your day. It’s like having a cardio workout, a coffee, and a meditation session all in one. All the feel-good neurotransmitters and hormones released in the ascent to orgasm and at orgasm itself, and afterglow, will elevate you.

Dopamine increases your drive and your ambition. Oxytocin makes you feel more relaxed, kind, patient, and loving. Testosterone will make you perform better at work, and your endorphins will reduce your stress and leave you feeling elated.

Phenylalanine increases happiness, confidence, and focus. What all-around superfood can you even take?

Cock alarm clock. One of my favorite things to wake up to is an erection prodding me in my back or other places. So take advantage of nature’s very special waker-upper of morning wood. It’s a sign of healthy testosterone production in the man, and the more that you use it, the more that you build your testosterone levels. Use it and build it.

Get your workout in early. You’ve got your 30 minutes of bona fide sexercise. A vigorous sex session will definitely burn lots of calories, but how much depends on how vigorous. It’s like comparing a gentle yoga class to HIIT training, where you can go all out and maximize your expenditure.

Beyond that, sex and orgasms strengthen all these little-used internal-core muscles that keep you all sorts of supple.

It’s a natural beauty treatment. Orgasms make you gorgeous. From the pheromones that you emit, which make you more attractive, to the estrogen that you produce, which makes your hair shiny and your skin smooth, well-fucked people radiate. They give off a certain magnetism, a je ne sais quoi that is the afterglow of good loving. It wears you for days afterward.

I like to say you ought to wear orgasms instead of perfume.
